Description
Moving slowly through the steps of the bow, her mind drifted. It had been a long week, and it was only Tuesday. She badly needed someone to talk to but, her boyfriend had been busy with his thesis research and didn't have time to really talk lately.
Wrapped in her own thoughts, she stumbled, nearly falling over. Before gravity took hold and pulled her down, something caught her by the waist, steadying her. A gentle force urged her forward, guiding her through the final steps.
She closed her eyes an inhaled, a familiar scent filtering through the smell of rosin and hard wood floors. A comforting smell of clothes softener, soap, and a warm musky scent that was just his.
Gentle hands guided her arms as an invisible leg nudged hers forward. A warm, loving presence hovered behind her, a sensation half forgotten.
"I remember you," she whispered. "Where have you been..."
A faint voice replied, it's tones sad, gentle, proud, and loving....
"I have always been here, just as I promised."

I loved this, the words were not only beautiful and inspiring, but the inspiration song is wonderful. I hope you do not mind, but this struck a chord with me tonight and I got the urge to write, I won't use your writing at all, but I ask permisson to mention this piece as an inpiration in the author's comments.
